When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, work email, organization, inquiry type and message, as well as any role or research interests you choose to provide. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or proprietary information through the form.

Our service providers may also collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and other website activity, as needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to requests, communicate with you and follow up on relevant conversations. We also use technical information to maintain the website and reduce abuse. We also send a receipt confirmation to the email address you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Service providers and disclosure

The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry details pass through our server and Brevo, our email delivery provider, to our team at info@viridiacap.com. Replies are handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside your country. We may share information with affiliated companies for legitimate business purposes and may disclose it when required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the website.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries in our email systems for handling and following up on conversations. Delivery records and backups may also retain copies under provider settings. The application does not maintain a separate inquiry database or store form details in browser storage. We use safeguards appropriate to operating the website, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
